How do I start streaming?
With a USB microphone — sound is more important to the audience than the image. Then a webcam and a single light source. A stream deck and mixer later, when you need to manage the scenes and sounds.
Do I need a video recorder (capture card)?
Only if you're streaming from a console or have a two-computer setup. When playing on one PC, OBS records the screen directly and you don't need a recorder.

Which lighting should I choose?
