This document explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data on the website. gamers.ge. The document has been compiled in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

1. Who are we?

2. What data do we collect?

2.1. Data you provide to us:

First and last name
Phone number
Email address
Delivery address
Order history and details
Content of correspondence (phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, email)
Description of the equipment received for service and warranty card data

2.2. Data that is automatically collected:

IP address
Browser and device type
Time spent on the website and pages viewed
The source from which you came to the website
Cookies (see section 6)

We We do not collect or store Your bank card details. Payment processing is done on the payment system side.

3. Why we process data

4. Integration with TikTok

We use TikTok's developer interfaces (Login Kit and Content Posting API) to publish our own marketing videos. On our own TikTok account (@gamers.ge).

4.1. What we store: When a Gamers.ge administrator connects a TikTok account to our system, we only store:

Access token and its refresh token;
The unique account identifier (open_id);
The account's display name and avatar — only so the administrator can see which account is linked.

4.2. What we do not do:

We do not collect or store personal data of other TikTok users;
We do not read private messages, follower lists, or other personal information;
We do not share, sell, or trade data obtained from TikTok with third parties;
We do not use this data for advertising targeting or profiling.

4.3. Shelf life: Tokens are only stored for the duration of the integration. Once the authorization is revoked, the tokens and associated data are deleted from our system. Within 30 calendar days.

4.4. How to revoke access: Go to the TikTok app Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions and cancel the Gamers app authorization. Alternatively, write to us at [email protected] and we will cancel it.

TikTok's data processing is governed by TikTok's own privacy policy.

5. Who do we share data with?

Your data may only be transferred to the following categories of recipients and only to the extent necessary:

Courier and postal companies — for delivery purposes (name, telephone number, address);
Hosting and infrastructure providers — for the functioning of the website;
Analytics services (Google Analytics) — for anonymous statistics;
Accounting services — for legal accounting;
Authorized state bodies — In cases provided for by law.

6. Cookies

The website uses cookies: necessary (cart, session, language selection), functional (wish list, comparison) and analytical (Google Analytics). Cookies can be managed in your browser settings, however, disabling necessary cookies may impair the functionality of the website.

7. Storage periods

Order and warranty data — 3 years after the expiration of the warranty period;
Accounting documentation - for the period established by law;
Marketing consent — until consent is withdrawn;
TikTok tokens — 30 days after integration is canceled;
Analytical data — 14 months.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

Request information about what data we process about you;
Request correction or updating of incorrect data;
Request deletion of data;
Request the suspension or restriction of processing;
Request your data in a machine-readable format;
Revoke previously given consent at any time;
File a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office.

9. Security

The website operates over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Only authorized employees have access to personal data. Access tokens are stored in encrypted form.

10. Minors

The website is not intended for persons under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover such data, we will delete it immediately.
