Where is your shop located?

When is the store open?

Can I buy online from the website?

Are your products genuine?

Everything we sell is genuine. Devices connect to the manufacturer's software and can be managed through it.

Are your products new or used?

We sell both new and used hardware from the US. On the website, new products are marked with a green “New” label in the corner.

Warranty and returns

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. New products come with a warranty of up to 24 months, and used products with a warranty of up to 1 month. The warranty starts on the date of purchase, and the exact period is stated on the warranty card you receive with the item. You need to present the warranty card to get warranty service. Can I return the purchased item?

Sold items cannot be returned. If a technical defect is found, warranty service applies: the item is repaired or exchanged. See our return policy for details.

Delivery

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take for the package to arrive?

We deliver throughout Georgia by postal service. Prices start from 15 ₾ and depend on the recipient's city and the weight of the parcel; the exact amount is confirmed when you place the order. Delivery time: in Tbilisi — 1–2 business days, in the regions — 2–4 business days. Details: Delivery. When receiving the shipment, we recommend that you check the condition of the packaging on the spot.

Service

Do you build computers? How much does it cost?

Yes, we can build a computer at any performance level. A build starts at 100 ₾ and covers the assembly itself, cable management and initial testing.

What other services do you offer?

A discount will apply if you use several services at the same time.
