FAQ
How is IEM different from regular headphones?
IEMs fit inside the ear canal and passively isolate external noise, so you can hear more detail and not lose bass. They have a more accurate, „studio“ sound than regular headphones and are much lighter.
Does an IEM need a DAC or amplifier?
Most IEMs are low impedance (16–32 Ω) and play well directly from a phone or computer. A separate DAC is worth it if the source doesn't have a 3.5 mm jack or is noisy — we also have small USB-C DACs in our catalog for that.
Will IEM be good for gaming?
Yes — the direction of footsteps and gunfire can often be heard more accurately with IEMs than with a large headset. You'll need a separate microphone: Most IEMs don't have a built-in microphone.
What is a 2-pin and MMCX cable?
These are replaceable cable connector types. If the cable is damaged, the entire headset does not need to be replaced — just the cable. When purchasing a new cable, it must be of the same type (0.78 mm 2-pin or MMCX).
How do I choose a size?
All IEMs come with several sizes of silicone eartips (S/M/L). With the right size, the eartips won't fall out and the bass will be fully audible — if the bass seems "weak," try a larger size first.
