Webcam
Webcams for streaming, video calling, and recording — 1080p and 4K, with autofocus, lighting correction, and privacy shutter.
FAQ
Is 1080p enough or do I need 4K?
For Zoom and Discord, 1080p/30 is perfectly fine. When streaming, the camera is usually in a small window, so 1080p/60 is often a better choice than 4K/30 — the smoothness is felt more than the resolution.
Why does the image look dark or grainy?
Webcam sensors are small and highly dependent on lighting. A single soft light source in front of your face (a window or ring light) will show any camera much better than an expensive model in a dark room.
Does it come with a microphone?
Most have a built-in stereo microphone, which is sufficient for video calls. For streaming and recording, a separate USB microphone is noticeably better.
Does it need a driver?
USB webcams work without a driver on Windows, macOS, and Linux (UVC). The manufacturer's software is only for additional settings — zoom, exposure, background effects.
