Vastly Improved Microphone: The move to a 10mm capsule (up from 6mm) makes this one of the clearest microphones on a wired headset. It sounds more natural and less “compressed” than its predecessor.

On-Board Controls: Unlike the Cloud II, which required the USB dongle for volume and mute, the Cloud III has a volume wheel and mute button directly on the earcups.

Angled Drivers: The 53mm drivers are tilted to align more naturally with your ear canal. This improves the “imaging” (the ability to tell exactly where a sound is coming from) in competitive games.

USB-C Native: The included dongle is USB-C native, making it much easier to use with modern laptops, smartphones, and the PS5/Nintendo Switch without extra adapters.

Signature Memory Foam: It uses the same high-quality red memory foam in the headband and ear cushions that made the original Cloud famous for 8+ hour gaming sessions.

Durable Build: The aluminum “forks” and frame are extremely flexible and resistant to snapping, even if dropped or twisted.

Acoustic Profile: The sound signature is tuned for competitive gaming. It has a slightly reduced bass impact compared to the Cloud II, which prevents explosions from “drowning out” the sound of footsteps and reloads.
